How ads appear
- Every ad is clearly marked Advertisement or Sponsored, and is kept visually separate from our tools and information.
- Ads never appear on sign-in, registration, password or account pages.
- Most ads are served by Google AdSense. Google chooses them; we don't pick individual ads. See the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for how ad cookies and consent work.
Our data is never for sale
Advertisers can't change our information. Times, exchange rates, weather, airports and entry-requirement links come from the sources listed on Data Sources, whoever advertises. Exchange rates are European Central Bank reference rates, not offers from any provider, and no advertiser can pay to rank higher in our tools.
Sponsored placements
We plan to offer clearly labelled sponsored placements to relevant businesses such as travel agencies, money-transfer and exchange services, and card issuers with no foreign-transaction fees. Financial offers must include the provider's name and any material terms, and we don't accept ads that are misleading, imitate our content, or ask visitors for passwords or payment details on our pages.
We will publish our sponsorship terms on this page before accepting any sponsored placement.
